I didn't get a chance to post yesterday...day 4 & 5 are complete! The workout today just flew by...love it!!0

I didn't post after my workout either. Had a dinner party to contend with - UGH!
We will move on to the next week - YAAY for us!! May I assume that everyone got through workout #5??
I hope to increase my weights this week, the 3lb weights are feeling a bit light.

L1D5 complete! I will be doing it everyday this week to make sure I don't fall behind and so I will be able to start Level 2 on time. Going good so far. I didn't use any weights today. I only have 5 pound weights and sometimes after using them my shoulders hurt really bad (due to a car accident I had about 4 yrs ago). I will invest in some 3 pound weights this week or some weighted hand gloves. 30DS is getting easier !0
