I'm 27 weeks and I have gained about 25 lbs. I just started tracking what I eat and exercising a month ago. Hopefully I won't gain any more unnecessary weight :/

I love the feeling! I did Jillian Michaels yesterday; which always kills my legs. Then My husband and I boxed each other on the wii; so my arms are killing me!

I didn't know you were supposed to eat your calories back until I started feeling sick and irritable. Eat them back! You will still have a calorie deficit, so you will still lose weight.

Keep going! I'm new to mfp also. I gained 5 lbs at first. I read somewhere that people usually gain at first because they are gaining muscle. I think it usually takes about 2-3 weeks to see any weight loss. Good luck!

I like to freeze yoplait whips instead of eating ice cream. Mmmm

I know I'm late but these are my goals 1. A. Go to the gym at least 4 days per week but still do something active everyday. B. Stay under my calories. C. Try to motivate at least one other person everyday. 2. Portion control! 3. Check in everyday. 4. Have one free meal each week as long as its before 7pm.
