Yes, after my third section and a 60lbs weight loss I had my old tummy back. It's gone now...as I'm 20 weeks pregnant lol.

If you're only having sugar from fruit I'd say you're fine to go over. I go over sugar every day but it's not from fruit...lol.

I only log stuff I do AS EXERCISE not extra things I do that are just life (like housework, something extra with the kids, etc). If you're usually pretty active, just make sure your activity level reflects that and it will adjusts your calories.

Diet coke and cheese. Not together lol.

I've been told a lot of times high blood pressure has little to do with diet (and that sounds like your case as 1000mg is very low). I try keep mine around 2000-2500mg. Sometimes I go lower but my DR actually advised against limiting sodium too much.

My DR said an extra 300 during pregnancy and an extra 500 with EBF.

I miss cheese the most. I hardly ever eat it, since it's so high in sodium.

If your HRM has a chest strap and you entered in your age, weight, gender, and height, I'd go with that.

Pregnancy x4 lol.

While I'm sure it's better to NOT drink it, I drink it, often, and it hasn't slowed my weight loss IMO.

I'm an inch taller than you. I started at 230lbs (pregnant) in December 2010. I lost the first 30lbs easily from birth within 4 weeks. The second 30lbs took about 4 months, but my end weight was your start weight. If I had wanted to lose ANOTHER 30lbs on top of that, as 135lbs is a low goal weight, it would have easily…

I put my weight in exactly as it shows every day. If there's something going on that would make it funny (ie, sick) I always note that on my food diary.
