I cant seem to loose this weight. I eat less then 1200 calories a day, and I exercise 2 to 4 times a week and some reason I can't seem to loose more then 2 pounds. Any suggestions.

I'm 5'4 on a good day.. LOL right now I am 142 pounds and I want to get back down to 125. That is my goal. But then again that is what I weighed before I was pregnant almost 4 years ago, so maybe 125 might night look right anymore. But anyways I like the 100 calorie snack packs.

Thanks guys for the replys'. I guess it also doesn't help that I had my son by C-section and the doc who put me back together didn't do such a hot job. Even the plastic surgeon I used to work for said, his staple job was sloppy.

Oh Amy, I agree with you, rock is better then flab. But Instead of looking 5 months pregnant with it being flabby, it is not getting to be a rock hard 5 month prego belly. LOL I started dieting and exercising 2 weeks ago. I also took measurements last week, but haven't checked since. I don't want to disappoint myself.

I have been cutting my calorie intake and exercising with the 30 day shred 3 days a week and pilates 4 days a week (usually) and I can't seem to understand why my belly flab (giving thanks to my 3 year old). won't go away. It is just getting hard as a rock now instead of staying flabby. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks

pilates... I got my DVD at Walmart in the fitness isle. and it came with resistance bands and everything. I think it is working for strength and toning.

That is what I was thinking as well. I have added a coke zero as of today. I don't drink coffee, so my other options for caffeine would be coke or green tea (i love green tea)

I just started last week.... I bought the 30 day Shred DVD and Pilates DVD I am still trying to find my groove. I exercised 4 days last week and lost 2 pounds. Thanks for the info ladies... Now I have quit caffeine cold turkey all ready, it's been a week now, but I am dragging at work.. So I thinking of maybe having 1 cup of caffeine a day. I can't take the migraines anymore. thats for sure.

Ladies, what do you do during that time of the month.? I don't feel like moving let alone exercising... Plus my migraine is going on day 4 now. It is driving me insane. I just posted the same questions yesterday. In my first week I lost 2 pounds, then Yesterday when I weighed myself, I gained 3 pounds... It's all because its that time of the month.

Is it me, or do most women go through this? Last week I lost 2 pounds. then somehow, over the weekend I gained 3 pounds. I got my 30 day Shred about 2 weeks ago. I did it 3 days last week and I am still on level 1. It kicked my butt!!!! I think I am going to do level 1 for 1 more week (4 times this week) then try to to level 2. I also do Pilates the other 3 days, so I am hoping to see results soon. I am doing my Shred everyother day.. So tomorrow I would be on day 3 of level 1, except I am away for the weekend at my parents and forgot my dvd. So I am going to try to find it on Comcast on demand. now the first day I did mine, the next day my chest and arms hurt ALOT more then my legs, and same thing with the next day.…

Yes I can add it. But how will I know how many calories I burned? I can't add it unless I put in how many calories burned.
