In the exercise part of this site, where would I put Pilates? What catagory would you put it in? I didn't see it in the drop down list.

Thanks

I didn't see it in Cardio? I was thinking Strength. I even typed in just the letter P and still couldn't find it. Is there another name for it?? I am so lost.

I went back & checked. On mine I typed in pilates in cardio. Two come up. The first one asks for set, weights.... The second one is the one I used. You put in how many minutes and it gives you calories burned.
I hope you can find it. It gets frustrating when you can't.

ok... this is what I did, I went to the exercise tab, under the exercise tab it shows exercise diary, database and my exercises, I have been looking in the exercise diary part under cardio and typed in pilates and nothing comes up, I even looked in Strength training, same thing... Nothing...

I even tried looking in the database part and didn't get anything there either.

So, maybe I can use something else. Calisthenics, would that be considered like Pilates? I have no clue... lol

    Thanks so much.

In your exercise diary does it say add exercise? If it does click on that and type it in there.
If your's doesn't say add exercise then I am puzzled and don't know what to say. But hope someone else will jump in and solve the mystery.

Yes I can add it. But how will I know how many calories I burned? I can't add it unless I put in how many calories burned.

You only have to put the minutes in. It does the calories for you after that.

That is the strangest thing! Sorry I couldn't help you. There is tech support at the bottom of the forums. You might want to try there.
I hope you have a good night

This web site has it listed then take the info from there.
then you can copy your info onto the MFP exercise.
    And add an exercise.
You can give name , weight, and amount of calories and hours then It will remember on your list for next time.

    Good luck.
