Had gastric bypass 10 years ago lost 165 in the past year and a half I don't know if it's because of my hormones or what I have gained 40 of it back. Sunday I started the P.I.N.K. program so we will see. But I do know sugar is our enemy and carbs.

Well I tried this and it did work. I could not complete it due to 500 calories my sugar bottom out I thought I would end up in the hospital. I was never hungry. To be honest I do plan on trying Dr. Lipmans hcg drops his recommendation is 800 calories. Good luck to you.

I'm 51and just this year the HOT flashes!!!! Now mood swings so bad. Has anyone had to deal with these? And has anyone tried going to a Dr. for these problems. Makes me fill bad with these mood swings.

The best I ever had was when my husband brined the turkey by using approximately 1 cup of kosher salt and 1/4 cup of brown sugar. As you said it's still work. I had gastric bypass in 2002 and wish I knew then what I know now. Be proud of youself I know it takes. hard work to loose no matter what it is not a quick fix. Stay positive! :smile:
