Healthy balsamic garlic dressing, a little goes a long way!

Ever have problems with finding healthy dressing that not only taste amazing,
but you only need a little amount for a big salad? I did and not only is this for us
garlic lovers it also has a sweet tang to it!
Balsamic Garlic Dressing
WHAT YOU NEED
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
Lemon/ or just lemon juice
Garlic cloves
maple syrup
Salt and pepper
Wine Vinegar (Optional)
HOW TO MAKE
1. Pour about 1Cup of balsamic vinegar into bowl add 1Tbs or 2 of olive oil to vinegar
2. Put about half a lemon into the dressing (add whole if you want more tang)
3. Add about 1tbs of maple syrup, and a splash of wine vinegar if used
4. Mince 2 garlic cloves (Using a knife makes them float and work best, I would suggest this over a mincer)
add to dressing mix all ingredients well then add salt and pepper to taste
Use on any salad, and everyone will be going back for seconds!!!
