Hate the scale. It scares me. It never says what I want it too after I've felt like I've exercised so hard. Breakfast is usually 350 to 450 calories for me. I'll have egg and bacon on an english muffin with a yogurt. Or a smoothie, that totals about 400 calories by time I add oatmeal or Kashi cereal. Those are like my 3 most common breakfasts.

I say the exact same thing to my sister all the time. I'll offer that same advice to anyone who asks. It's all about balance and portion control.

It depends what time I get up to workout. If I'm up at 7am, I'd just have a glass of water, to hydrate my body and then exercise. But if I get up lets say 10am, I'll have breakfast wait about an hour and then exercise.

Im 5'11 and my ideal weight is in the 150-155 range. Im about 167 now and most of my weight is in my stomach but if the stomach fat would just go away and I'd lose a couple inches on my waist I'd be perfectly fine with my body.
