55min walk. 2.75 miles in my hometown. I"m walking my first 5K here on the 4th. Need to speed it up a bit!!

I'll be going to my parent's for the weekend. Road trip and too much food.... lots of walking planned, tho. I'll be doing my first 5K in my hometown on the 4th - so get to get in a practice walk this weekend. Today was 60 minutes of aqua jogging.

20 minutes weight machines, 20 minutes on the treadmill

45 minute walk

30 minutes of heavy duty housework and a 15 minute walk.

60 minutes of water aerobics

35 minutes of yoga right before bed. Busy day yesterday!

I got my 1 hour of swimming done this morning!

I'm 5/8, but really, really happy about that! Today I did a 46 minute walk. It was wonderful!!

Had other obligations yesterday -- so made up my time today with an hour of swimming. Oh did that feel good!!!

Uh-oh! Went on vacation and tried to log, but I wasn't successful. Back home now and back on track. Haven't weighed yet, forgot to this morning. Anxious to see what happened while I was gone -- I feel good about the choices I made and the level of activity most days, so it should be okay.

We are almost a third of the way done with May! How is everybody doing? I have logged everything. Making sure that I track my food really does help me make better choices when I'm deciding what to eat. So far, so good!!

Hi - I'm not new to MFP, but would love to join your group. I'm 51 and have at least 50 pounds to lose. I'd love to make some friends on here that are in the same boat. It's so helpful when you can be motivated and be a motivator for others. Looking forward to getting to know you! Cathy
