I dont know what your eating, but I notice on days that I want to lose more weight, I eat pan-seared tilapia and either broccoli florets, or spinach. Desk job...I move around more than a "Normal" Desk Job, but I still dont move that much, and sit most of the time...I enjoy my desk job, but NEED more activity in my life....Unfortunatley staring at a computer all day makes me sooo tired, than I go home and take care of my 8 month old little girl.

It depends totally on the one your try...Chobani honey, plain, and vanilla are not great. If I get these I add my own Cinnamon and granola and apple slices and I add all this to the yogurt.
