  • i can definitely see a difference. Granted you are only 8 days into it but you can tell that parts of your body are getting toned therefore getting smaller. I took pictures of me after 2 wks and I can see a slight difference in me also. Of course my friends say they can really tell the difference whereas it's a bit harder…
  • I can't comment on the ripped in 30 video but i can comment on the 30DS. I am halfway thru it and it's definitely toning my body and adding strength. I've tried tons of at home work out dvds in the past and this is the only one I've stuck with and seen results.
  • I've noticed this with some people who I see in person. One was health reasons and the other was someone who went on an extreme diet. So I do think for some people this is definitely true.
  • I plan on just indulging and trying not to worry much about the calories. It's a holiday and one day won't kill me. I plan on working out before the meal so at least I won't feel as guilty

  • I love mfp b/c it really keeps me motivated. On days I don't feel like exercising I can see my friend's activities and see they exercised. So not to be outdone I drag myself on to the treadmill for at least 30 mins. I end up feeling great afterwards and I'm glad that I got the motivation. I also love the mobile app. It's…
  • My exercise time is based on when my baby takes a long nap. This could be in the early morning or mid morning. If I don't have time then I wait until when my husband is home and do my treadmill walking or dvd exercise video. I think i do better doing exercise at night though since I am night owl.
