I use My Fitness Pal to log all my food and the FitBit site to log my activities so it can use everything it calculates and everything I log to figure out my calories burned in a day.   • When I did my juice fast I used this recipe builder: http://juicerecipes.com/build/ . It shows the difference between the fruit/veggie and then what it is juiced. Plus you can build whatever juice you are making or what the individual juiced fruit/veggie is. I found it really helpful.

  • I'm actually trying to lose 100+ by August. Plan is to lose 5lbs the first 6 weeks then between 3-2lbs a week the rest of the time, basically as much as possible . So far so good. Lost 11 lbs in the first 2 weeks! I have been logging in daily and plan to continue too!
