Hey, not bad better than what I did in march, I lost 2lbs for march. So far I've lost .2lbs for April.

I play the Harp, not the harpsicord, but the actual concert grand glissando making harp. I've played since I was 8. I can kinda play the piano. I've messed around with the guitar. A friend showed me how to play the clarinet, and I can play basic stuff on the bass guitar.

I don't eat back my exercise calories. I also have fitbit and I kinda feel it over estimates how many calories I actually burn during the day. OK, I think understand that, now. What about eating at BMR? Do I calculate for my goal weight and eat at that BMR or do I eat at my current BMR? I have MFP at the 1,200 calorie goal, and I'm stalling out. Eating at BMR would up my calories, but I would like to know how much to up it to.
