If you've lost weight, even if it's just a pound how long has it taken you to lose the weight that you've lost? I've lost 17lbs since December 26th, 2011. The other 12 is from 2010, and 2011. I was pregnant with my daughter from September 2010-May 2011 and lost weight during my pregnancy (not on purpose.)

I got a fitbit and synced it, now it shows that I'm burning everything and my net keeps going negative. I just ate to get a whopping 129 on my net. At this rate I literally could be eating all day long. Do I need to just ignore it? Help!

I'm looking through calculations my LBM is 117 and I have 79 pounds of fat. my BMR is 1681 My RMR is 1665 My BMI is 35.84 I won't be out of the obese range until I'm 164lbs... that's almost depressing. Understanding BMR and calorie deficit, question.
I calculated my BMR and it's 1,597, MFP set me at 1510 to lose a pound a week, but I've been eating 1000 net calories nearly consistently and have only been seeing a 1lb weight loss every week. I don't log my water. I drink it but I don't log it. I do have a question, I got fiber that you mix with water. If I drink the fiber water does that count as part of my water intake? I also do MiO and water. Does that count too as water or does it have to be plain water? Thanks!
