If you've lost weight, even if it's just a pound how long has it taken you to lose the weight that you've lost?
I've lost 17lbs since December 26th, 2011. The other 12 is from 2010, and 2011. I was pregnant with my daughter from September 2010-May 2011 and lost weight during my pregnancy (not on purpose.)

I'm a gigantic yo-yo...so i couldn't tell ya. My current 10 pounds was two months in the making.
2 summers ago it took me 4 months for about 25 pounds.
5 years before that it was 30 pounds in about 6 months.0 -

It's been about 15 months, and I've lost 30 pound. Actually, lost 25, gained 10, lost that 10 and 5 more. (Darn holidays)
It's a long process for me. I'd like to lose another 40, and hope to make a serious dent in that over the next 4-5 months. I'm into road cycling, and have been training for some big rides this summer. Riding a lot is helping me to drop the weight.0 -
~29 pounds since January 1st.0

I'm probably one of the slowest losers you will ever meet... took me 6 years to lose a 100 pounds.
I lost the first 80 fairly quickly, but then I kept gaining and losing because I hadn't dealt with the issues that got me to be morbidly obese. Once I dealt with some the issues, worked on changing my eating behavior, found alternatives for my favorite foods, and started a regular exercise routine, I've been able to keep that 100 pounds (plus some) off for 2 years.0 -

110 lbs in 3 years. I yo-yo'ed for a while. The current round of loss is 40lbs in the last 7 months.0

I started "dieting" in February of 2011, and I started at around 210. I am down to 147-ish now, 13 months later. It came off so fast at the beginning... now it's down, up, down, up, down, up.... trying to get it together to get to my goal of 135. :-/0
