Fat to fit in fifty weeks.
Feb 2011 119.1kg, this morning 80.2kg Started slow with extra walking and reduced sat fat intake, smaller portions and progressed with excercise and circuit training once a week with the SPL 'fit fans in training' programme with Hibernian FC in Edinburgh. Now looking to maintain weight and improve fitness/agility.
Still doing a weekly menu plan, (Breakfast, 10am snack, lunch (leftover last nights tea) 2pm snack and 6pm Dinner planned a week in advance and based on lower fat recipes and about 9 portions of fruit & veg, and a 10 to 20 minute stretching session in the work gym before starting work, and twice a week for 60 mins after work.0 -

Hi - i've lost 57 pounds since May of 2011 but will note that i have gone through two surgeries that limited my ability to exercise so my loss has been slower than others. Personally i feel that the speed of loss isn't as important as the method of loss.
Good luck! :flowerforyou:0 -
