I take a cheat day once a week. It helps me stay on track because I'm not depriving myself of foods that I really like.

my mom takes a cheat day once a week, but I'm doing a biggest loser competition, so I have mixed feeling about cheating.

Nope, but I am taking a cheat day on the 28th for my bday. We don't do anything special on Valentines day.

I don't consider it "cheating" because I don't consider myself on any kind of strict diet. My boyfriend is taking me out to a great italian restaurant for dinner. Yes, I will have some from the bread basket, a glass of wine, and a pasta dish! Maybe even dessert... It is just a day and should not have any affect anyone's goals in my opinion. Will still probably try and get some cardio in that day. Always a good idea ;)

I don't celebrate Valentine's Day. Neither do I "cheat". If I want to go out or have a big meal, I just have what I want, log it, and if I'm over my calorie goal I will cut back a little for the next few days.

I cheat on the weekends. Since Valentine's day falls on a Tuesday, it'll probably be a normal day/night for me and my boyfriend and I will go out on the weekend since we have school (:

Valentine's Day is one of my favourite days in the whole year! If my partner organises a surprise dinner or something special I will definitely enjoy myself! However I will still have to do a gym work out that day and watch what I am eating throughout the day as I do not want to exceed my calorie limit! But I am definitely hoping for chocolate dessert :-)
