I just finished week 1 yesterday. What I can't believe is even in a week my energy levels have jumped! It's crazy! I'm so ready for week 2!

I only did it for 1 10 week session.. but I loved it! It's a great workout. A lot of strength training is involved and I found things started to tone up pretty quick!
