I'm in, hurt my calf muscle running this morning so I won't be doing any other leg exercises today. Pumping out 100 push up will be a good alternate for the day.0

How many calories will this burn off please as I know if I dont do something today I am going to go way over due to it being pizza day and I have also been given a bottle of wine so will be having a couple of glasses of that too.0

I got 100 in before lunch, I'll continue and see what my final total will be at the end of the day. Funny the first 40 was easy, the other two sets of 30 was taking a toll. Got to love the challenge.0
