i did it!!! I did them in 4 sets of 25..alternated 25 pushups then 25 squats..really kicked my butt but 100 are done!!! adn knocked 2 birds with one stone thanks!0

A few years ago, I was able to do 100 regular push ups. After not exercising much over the last year, I've been working out hard the last month. I started the month at 8, now I just worked up to 25. I am tried from my work out this morning, but it included 25 push ups, so I only have 75 more to do. I will do it, but I HATE you for this challenge! lol0

I did yesterday's challenge and had everyone at work doing them but today will be hard. Push ups are a weakness but I am in! Love these mini challenges!0

Completed 100 "wall push ups." Can't do any floor exercise due to physical condition but quite happy to have seen this challenge and do it. Watched a couple of YouTube videos to make sure I used the right form. Thank you.0
