Today's challenge is 100 Overhead Tricep Extensions!
Seems like a lot? Well, you can break them up!
One handed or two, laying, on a ball, sitting or standing.
Don't have weights? Surely there is something heavy around? A book? A couple of cans? Jug of OJ?

Im always in!!! my wings and my rib muscles hurt from hip lift progressions....but i got this! NO PAIN NO GAIN....or should that be loss!!!! lol0 -
