So SORRY I missed yesterday's Challenge!! I was suddenly busy!! If you want to do yesterdays challenge with me today it is 150 lunges (alternating legs). I will be doing them with today's challenge.

Today's challenge is 100 Side Lats!
Seems like a lot? Well, you can break them up!
You can go without weights of course, but if you add weight, don’t forget to brag!
Don't have weights? Surely there is something heavy around? A book? A couple of cans? Jug of OJ?

I'm in ... and wxplains why I couldn't find it yesterday (so I did 150 squats with a ten-pounder in each hand / 50 leg lifts / 50 heel touchers for the obliques)
Soooo .... the REAL challenge is 100 Side Lats and the alternating leg lunges are optional, right?0 -
I will do but without weights. Have a injured shoulder right now. Have to keep moving it just have to becareful. So while doesn't sound hard trust me it is.0

Well that was harder than I expected! ouch c: Still completed all 100! (and a few sneaky more)0

Done! Using 3 pounds per arm (all I could find at work!)0

i did it! i finished AND i only did 1 set of 15 without weights!!! WOO HOO! i used 5lb weights.0

did the 150 lunges..now Im doing the lats..with and with out a bottle of water in my hand..im at work I have to be creative0
