Thanks for the responses! Gonna keep chugging along and see what happens. It's just so dang discouraging when it happens. Even though logically I should be expecting it. Stupid female cycle junk! Ugh!!! Well I'll show her, I'm not gonna let mother nature bring me down. Lol

Happy Monday to everyone! Very proud of myself, went and had pizza this evening for dinner and thanks to a large salad still managed to stay under goal! Whoohooo! That's unheard of for me, YAY!!

It's way HARD! lol I haven't been doing the excercise challenges b/c my trainer has been helping me with workouts and I don't want to do a bunch of squats and then have her make me do squats too. =S But this weeks challenge was a really good…

WOW!! So inspired to see everyone's doing so good!! WTG the people who lost over 5 pounds! That's AMAZING!! Of course we are all amazing just was blown away by the higher ones. I'd probably pass out if I got on the scale and had lost that much! ya'll are my hero! =)
