  • I would target between 50-75 grams of Carbs a day during weight loss mode. If you limit the fruit and eat good meats and vegetables you will not be a problem staying in that range. However Multiple Fruits in the mealplan will fill those up very quickly.
  • I ended up splitting the cow with a fellow Crossfitter and anticipate the meat lasting me 6-9 months.
  • I recommend finding a local Crossfit gym in your area and checking them out. Most everyone in Crossfit is lean, super athletic and has a sixpack. The paleo lifestyle is a common theme in Crossfit which promotes low carbs and lots of lean meats and vegetables.

  • I really enjoy hiking the East Tennessee area too. We spend many a weekends in Tellico, the Cumberland Gap and portions of the Appalachian trail. I'm primarily in Florida now but hit the Torreya Challenge and Little Grand Canyon in Georgia often.
