ARe you eating too few calories? Sometimes that can cause you to hold onto the weight. Make sure you're eating all your calories and not going below your basal metabolic rate (BMR). Good luck and hang in there!

I've done WW with some success before, and it's user-friendly & helpful. I liked the program and the people, but I just finally hit a point where I was gaining instead of losing (due to a change in medication), so I quit going. tandoori chicken, tikki masala, a spinach or eggplant dish....but maybe don't have the rice with it.??? It is hard--I love Indian food, I wnat to have it ALL! enjoy your dinner!
