That's a good amount of calories. I think you would be just fine without eating exercise calories back. Just make sure you do eat the full 1730 calories. Nope, I've never once ate back exercise calories. I mean if it's working for you, then by all means you go ahead and eat them back. I consume 1700-1800 calories a day.

I disagree with eating back exercise calories. But yeah, I am addicted to cardio and weight lifting now. It is a must do.
