Starting at 274 pounds, down to 188.
Height - 5'9" Starting Weight: 274lbs ] Current weight: 188.2 Goal: 170lbs Diet - 1,400 calories 150g+ protein 150 carbs 2,000 mg sodium Exercise - Cardio, 1 mile jog x2 day. 6x week. 18 pounds until my goal :)
