    5 months
  • Almost 70 days in and I'm barely down 10 pounds. Started at 174, constantly running between 163 and 165 now. I'm 5'5".

Increased activity greatly a week ago hoping to finally break the ten pound barrier. (First ten came off within 6 weeks)

    Something is wrong there.

Yup. I agree. Increasing activity level and calories to see what happens.

(I'm pre-diabetic, and recently had an entire blood panel run with all results fine aside from A1C and fasting sugar)

It is not a race look at the positive...slower loss = less chance of gross hanging skin. slower loss = more time to lift so weight goes from fat to muscle.

This doesn't sound way out of line to me -- 10-15 lbs in 10 weeks should be a healthy loss I would think. My weight changes go in fits and spurts too ... I reach them ... Stagnant for a bit ... But eventually push through them without dramatic changes made. I could be wrong but wouldn't scare or surprise me.
