This is what I did. Once I figured out I liked ON I started ordering 5# tubs from Amazon.com. Now that my wife is drinking it everyday too i'll be ordering a 10# bag next time.

+1 I took meds and gained weight between 21 and 34 until I said enough and stopped using the excuse. If my levels are OK I can lose weight without any issues.

I did this back in 97, got me into the navy. Funny thing is i'm 25 lbs heavier now and my waist is smaller than it was back then.

5'10 started at 277 in September 11, 217 as of now. Once I hit 195 I'm going to bulk/cut cycle between 195 and 210. That's the plan at least. Came out of boot camp in 1997 at 168, but I never want to be that small again.

I have a protein shake (optimum Nutrition) every morning before heading out. I mix it with water on non-gym days and with milk on gym days. Then I eat breakfast, oatmeal or fiber one etc.., about 9:30. Keeps me from getting too hungry and takes seconds to make.

The key is to use an actual fish turner (aka big spatula) and don't move it so much. Most home cooks turn/poke/prod/flip food way too often. Add a little oil to a hot pan then add the fish and season, don't turn until it's basically cooked thru, flip and let the other side set and you're done. I read on here where people…

I have an emergency box of High fiber cereal(right now it's Organic Smart Bran) that's my go to snack when i'm very hungry. The most important thing is to not worry about it too much, one afternoon of a few too many calories will probably be averaged out by the end of the week.

Water poisoning (water intoxication) is real and dangerous. I had a guy almost die in boot camp from drinking too much water. It causes an electrolyte imbalance that can shut your body down pretty quick. Don't take advice from idiots on the internet, quit drinking so much and call your doctor.
