Can't remember what my original goal was but I saw the scale go down today to 155.6. Could not believe it. I haven't been counting and I have just been trying to maintain during the holidays. I'll take it!

Ok. Yesterday was an incredibly long full day and I didn't get a workout in. I know myself and if I don't get back to it, I will quit so I am going to try to do day 5 today.

Who did Day 1 yesterday? And if you did, how do you feel? I'm pretty sore but I like feeling my muscles. I know that sounds weird, but it reminds me that they're actually there and makes me feel strong. I'm kindof dreading day 2 soreness however.
