I just started this week. I was going to do lunch and breakfast, but have since decided maybe just breakfast is good. Ive juiced 50 $ worth of produce in 3 days, and I'm sending most of it to the garbage as pulp. I like it, especially green with lots of kale and a lemon,but theres no way I could do it full time.

My gym is the Y, and they go thru trainers like nothing. That is an idea tho, surely they've dealt with stuff like this before. I'd not even thought about that.

Thanks for the answers. :) I deff have my braces, but I've never actually used them when I'm exercising cause they annoy me... Yeah I know keep them on. lol I'll be seeing Doc on Friday, so hopefully he will have some kind of plan for me. :)

I can't say I lost everything due to being Gluten Free, but with that and exercise, I'm down 60 lbs.

My goals for January are simply to get back on track. I've allowed myself way to much slacking over the last few months. Time to get back to this thing!

I lost sixty really quickly then got stuck for almost 4 months. I'm just now starting to lose again, and I didn't quit smoking. I'm thinking so long as your eating the same its not the quitting smoking that effecting you, it could deff be just a normal plateau.

Don't try the quinoa noodles. I love quinoa itself, but the noodles just turn into a big mess. They stick together horrid even if you put oil in the water, and stir them constantly. Now any of the corn pastas they work very well. The one I use is De Boles.

You can make GF stuffing. What I do is buy the GF bread, Schaars is a good brand to try, cause its pretty well stale already. Cut it into cubes, and pop in the over to toast it. Then just use it to make your dressing as normal. (This is also a good way to make bread crumbs for binding in meat balls and meat loaf just run…

I tell everyone. Heck I'll tell strangers at the grocery store if they'll stand still and listen. I'm proud of myself, I'm under what I weighed when I was 16 (I'm 34 now and have had 3 children) and I want people to know that. :)

This is what happens when I stop logging, back up to 226.6, but I'm back and ready to go!! My total loss in this group, including my 2.6 lb gain is 42.2 lbs, 10 pounds to go till group goal, I WILL MAKE IT!
