            So this week a little bummed by the scale and can't locate my measuring tape. I have been working out 6 days a week and then on the go most everyday and I am up 6 pounds! I did stop smoking 2 weeks ago, but haven't gone overboard with eating-lots of frozen grapes, celery and cucs. I had still been drinking at night until this week. This weight must go! I have officially gained back every one of the initial 18 pounds that I was down. On the upside, my clothes fit better? Thanks for letting me rant-must go work out! 0 0

 July 15 191 lbs - gained 2 lbs I was 189 at the end of June. I have not been exercising 3-4 times a week, I have slack off. I am trying to get back to it at least 2-3 times a week. Any suggestion on getting motivated.0

 I'm up but that's okay...a few days ago I was at 221. After climbing Stone Mountain Saturday I am 217 this morning. I can live with this...considering. I'm proud of myself for the hike and I have a new goal in mind for the end of August. I will get there. And it is now the end for me and the yo yoing on the scale. Proud of you ladies, you're doing great!!!0

 Stayed the same after a hectic week. I really thought I would have a gained. My sister was in ICU for 2 days...severe asthma attack. It was my busiest week at work and I only exercised 2 days. My sister is home recuperating and I only have to go in the office one day this week. Working at home the other days. I will get my workouts in. Good luck everyone!0

            I have been consistently working out and logging for 6 weeks now. Had been up as high as 205, now down to 195. Woohoo! Hoping to drop faster after I am off of all steroids this week.  0 0
