Although the Calories In, Calories Out is mathimatically correct - eating in moderation is not what got me to be overweight. So no chips, icecream, candy, etc. in the house for me to avoid temptation. To each their own. My advice - weigh everything. Do your best to stay away from processed foods - a sandwich of white…

Depends on stats as others said, but highly unlikely.

True Crime - as other said Sword and Scale; Case file. I enjoyed all three of the Breakdown series. Serial. This American Life - some are better than others. If you watch Bravo shows - Watch What Crappens is hilarious. Wait Wait don't tell me.

I haven't used it in awhile but the Nike Training Club app has a lot of options.

If those didn't work, I think you have to unlink both and the resync them. If you google it, you will find directions. It happened to me and the requested fixed worked.

I gained about 10 pounds on lexapro, as did every friend I know who takes it.

Good luck. You can do it. Folks have given you great advice. Just start small with one goal and accomplish that. Drink 8 glasses of water. Park extra spots away from store. Do that for 2-3 weeks. Add another goal.

This is excellent advise. I have done WW and have had success. Examine what you are eating on WW, if you are eating your exercise points and if you are being accurate in tracking (i.e. weighing foods, etc.).

If I am purposefully exercising, I log it on MFP. I have the charge HR and add the calories burned. You just need to make sure that you log the time so there is no double counting.
-
try to unlinc and relinc them. If that doesn't work, google it. You have to unconnect them both on MFP and Fitbit and then resync em.
-
You need to start the exercise - push side button, when you get to Run - tap on it until you get "workout". Click side button to start and stop. Make sure when you put in MFP - you do the time start and stopped so you don't double count
-
I don't remember what I actually did but I had this problem and googled it - you have to unlink the two devices both on MFP and on Fitbit and then link them back.

steamed protein and veggies, sauce on side. Hot and sour soup.

IMO - it is not very good. And has a ton of ingredients that I have no idea what they are. It is also not calorie free - it is 5 calories (but they can say zero based on crazy food regulations).
-
Just an FYI - your math is wrong.

I love the app rock my run.

Not sure how to do it with the Iphone but for fitbit if you put in the time, it will reverse out the steps you took during your logged 60 minutes.
