I'm currently on a 5 meals a day meal plan but not really confident in it. What are some easy meal plans that would make me drop weight fast?? I'm trying to lose about 70 pounds.

You lose weight by staying in a calorie deficit. It doesn't matter much what or when or how often you eat. You will lose weight if you take in less calories that you need.

How much and what you eat does matter for health and wellness though. Nutrition in important. For this reason losing too quickly is not usually recommended.

    Calorie deficit to lose weight
Put your information into the my fitness pal tool. Get an appropriate calorie goal for you. Eat that amount.
If you are 70 lbs overweight you might start with 2 lbs a week but may find 1 lb a week easier and more sustainable.
Eat any food you like that fits that calorie goal. If you exercise log it and eat some of those calories too.
If you want a meal plan you can type whatever calorie goal meal plan into your favorite search engine and search the internet.

Losing weight too fast can result in muscle wasting and becoming "skinny fat". As the others have said - maintain a calorie deficit by using foods you enjoy. Set a goal of 1-1.5 pounds a week. Weigh your food and log everything you eat and drink. Have patience.

Just maintain a reasonable calorie deficit and you will lose weight. I also recommend getting plenty of protein and lifting heavy to retain muscle.

Good advice above. I have 3 meals and a small snack which works for me. If my meals are too small I just never feel full and actually tend to eat more. Good luck.
