I downloaded some apps that stated were free but then required a purchase at some point for access to workout plans. Any good app that's completely fee and thats best for at home use?

I use Sworkit. No equipment needed and the workouts are as short or long as you like.3

PumpUp has a workout generator and is completely free.It's also like a fitness social media app.0

NTC (Nike Training Club). I use it when I'm travelling and don't have access to my gym. It's the best I've seen so far and 100% free.0
