Some of my favorite low cal treats are sugar free popsicles, string cheese, laughing cow cheese, popcorn, Lays honey BBQ poppables, Mini nilla wafers, teddy grahams and chocolate Pocky!

Kind mini bars have a nice dose of chocolate and nuts, taste delicious, are easy to tote, 100 calories and low sugar.

300 plus days but need support. Add me up!

I know there's no right or wrong...just curious what you all would do? On the one hand I like the idea of a fresh start and really going at it. On the other I dislike the idea of 0 pounds lost next to my name ;) especially after logging in daily for 290 days!

Looking for new friends here too... Add me up!

For those who are unclear how to add friends - click on the blue name under someone's profile picture. A pop up with 'Send a Message' and 'Ignore' comes up. Above the pop ups is the person's name in blue. Click on the name. Then click on the green 'Add as Friend' button. Now that you know what to do - add me :)

I would love to have more friends. My goal is to lose 60 pds.

I looked there first and it wasn't there.

Yep, I realize they promote a lot of diets. Regardless, I would like to know what it is and have no time to get to the store to browse the pages.

Interested to learn how those of you who have been supplementing with Vit D for a while are now doing?
-
Wow! So are you and Jackie friends or more than that?
-
I am giving this a try also. Just started yesterday.

The Wii Walking Game...Wil Walk It Out is more fun than Leslie.
-
Actually it is different than a shake weight. I have one of those also. I just started using it last week and it works muscles in different sections of the body at one time. It truly fatiques my muscles faster than traditional exercise. Very efficient. I really like it.

The book is not available in US yet. What does it suggest on non fast days for when to eat the 500-600 calories? Is he splitting them through out the day?
-
oops typed to fast...I meant 16-8
-
I find the 18-6 to be super easy to stick to.
-
Amazing... Do you track on your Free day also?
-
No that is not how it is supposed to work. It contains what they call tastants which are supposed to make you feel like you are satiated quicker by enhancing smell. Unfortunately, if you read the reviews, it does not sound like it is working for most people.
-
Two things...protein to help with control - like a hard cooked egg before the chocolate High cocoa chocolate. You get the taste but it helps you stay in control more than sugary chocolate.

Cool idea on the pasta cooker..

Pie - apple pie, berry pie - any cooked fruit Rice pudding Olives My mom used to make us finish our food even pie. It was pretty bad.
-
The idea is that it is not supposed to make your food taste bad but it is supposed to enhance your food (using what they call tastants) so you feel satisfied faster. The creator says that scents like vanilla can decrease appetite. I believe that but I don't believe sprinkling his crystals (which dont have a smell) on food…

Read the reviews on Amazon. There is your answer.

It triggered panic problems for me. I would never take it again.

Fitbit and as somone on here suggested signing up to Earndit so you can donate your exercise points to charity. Makes you walk more if you are helping someone.
-
I am about 11 pounds away from onederland...and that is where I am headed one pd at a time.
-
I really like my Fitbit also. There is another pedometer called a Striiv that looks pretty cool also. It has you walking steps to build an island (like Wii Walk It Out) and to earn points for charity.

I just read a book that had info. on this. It said that drinking water can help with weight loss and can be especially helpful if you have sugar problems like insulin resistance or diabetes because not drinking enough water puts extra strain on the kidneys and causes excess blood sugar which can slow fat burning.
