Measly Weight Loss - Should I Reset?
So over the past year I have lost about 7 measly pounds. Yep thats like 3/4 of a pound a month. My starting weight was also higher than normal - my max. Obviously I didn't give it my all. Points on My Fitness Pal
So I am scrolling thru the foods looking for the calories in a cookie I ate when I come across Weight Watcher points for the cookie. What is this all about? Isn't MFP supposed to be about calories. Why complicate it and make it harder to find things by adding WW points?

Body Blade
I came across an infomercial for the Body Blade and while I rarely buy from infomercials..(once every 2 years) this caught my eye. I have tried it twice now and it really seems to give a great overall toning session in just minutes. Just wondered if anyone else had one?

Did You Get To Eat What You Were You Told What To Eat?
Did you get to eat what you wanted or were you told what to eat? When I was growing up we had to eat what we were given and ALL of it. I can still remember sitting with a dinner plate for many hours. I used to try to hide food in my napkin. We had a lot of food wars. I was pretty stubborn and eventually when I got older I…

Saving for a Splurge Weekend
Lets say you have a special weekend coming up and you want to splurge a bit. So you cut back on what you eat during the week. You eat a hundred calories less one day, 230 less another day, 90 another day and so on. Is there a way on MyFitnessPal to see a total of extra calories you would have saved for the splurge?

Biggest Loser - What Are Your Thoughts?
It is amazing how much the contestants on the Biggest Loser lose in a week. 14 pounds in a week is not uncommon. 100 pounds over the course of a few months is the norm. So let's say you could commit full time to weight loss. Do you think that you could strip off the kind of weight the BL's do in a week on your own or would…

First Weeks Success with My Fitness Pal!
Just finished my first week on My Fitness Pal and two pounds down! In the past I have tried other weight loss methods but I did not stick to them. Micro-managing food groups, crazy food rules etc. Just did not work for me. I also tried Weight Watchers a few times but the points just did not add up to successful weight…

Zumba Calories
I have been counting Zumba calories at about 200 calories burned for every 20 minutes of Zumba at a medium intensity. I am sure there will be differences based on intensity and weight...but does 200 cals per 20 minutes sound about right? And would you count them all or just part of it?
