This reminder could not have come at a more opportune time. Ups and downs, good days and bad, the best we can do is stay with it. Keep on working at it. Don't give up!!!

If you are true to your commitment of "changing my eating habits for life, not dieting" then one day as an exception to an everyday dedicated change is not going to set you back. I suspect over time the cravings to over-eat will diminish too. Good luck on your journey!

THANK YOU - these are great, easy, and helpful. The salsa trick is good for everything.... you can even spoon some over plain lettuce and make a tasty "salad"

We in California have decided the rest of the country might like to share in the earthquake experience.... no double dipping though - you should not have to endure quakes AND tornados - that is just crazy. Be safe everyone!

BREATH. STOP. BREATH. REPEAT. Think about your goals - really focus on how happy you will be - and breath.

I have the Zumba fitness dvd set, but have not been to any classes. I like the music and the concept of combining excercise with dance. With the discs you can go at your own pace - with no guilt or embarrasment if you can't keep up with the entire workout. It was worth the purchase for me.

Start slow and stick with it - you can get there. You will have a wonderful success story to show your kids!

Keep up the good work - and thanks for sharing the motivational pics. You look great!
