I NEED Dr. Pepper! Like seriously- I am about to punch someone in the face- type of needing Dr. Pepper!

How do you stop these cravings/habits?!

Totally the only answer that needs to be given! The punching bag would actually burn calories and tone muscles. The can of Dr. Pepper...not so much. I actually prefer Diet Dr. Pepper over regular. They taste the same and calories are lower, so that is a good option.

Another option - when you are stressed or upset - inhale and exhale five times deeply. That actually helped me through my day today (I didn't think it would work, but it did).

I give myself time. Normally these are little momentary cravings... Wait until tomorrow, and if you want it then, then get diet, or pour out 1/2-3/4 the can before you start to drink it

I have cravings like crazy too! I was a sundrop addict, but hated diet sundrop. I found another diet drink that I love and have it instead. I haven't had a sundrop in months. I love thew diet sunkist. It is really good. If I have a craving that I can't satisfy I take off and walk or exercise like cray. That usually takes care of it and I get extra time on the track!

    BREATH. STOP. BREATH. REPEAT.
Think about your goals - really focus on how happy you will be - and breath.
