Yess. I'm Russian, so Borsch (that red beet soup), Pelmeni ( kind of like dumplings with meat), and lots of buckwheat (thats what i use instead of altmeal). Yum yum

I recommend the Trader Joe's dark chocolate bar. (not sure of the exact name, but something along the lines of Belgium Chocolate, they are always at the checkout). Its not your full size bar, more like a baby chocolate bar. Has 250 calories, very rich and satisfying, and I am not even tempted to open another one, which has…

I have some mild Russian accent. Works like nothing else, the bad thing is that I can't turn off my accent when I'm not feeling like talking to guys lol but people constantly comment on it, so that's nice!

Personally, I rock black on black every day. Especially when going out! And it doesn't look weird, just looks stylish. I vote for black tights:)

oh im glad I can count on my hands the number of times I've eaten fast food. anywho, I don't think knowing the calorie number will change anything. Those who are trying to be healthy should not be eating at McDonald's, and those who don't care about their body should just... die. lol

i used to snack like crazy, to the point that i thought that it's not normal. so I started analyzing and trying to understand what triggers my snacking. Well surprise surprise! I figured out that wheat is my enemy. One bite of bread, and boom- snacking out of control. Look it up, there is alot of material about how wheat…

I personally don't mind thr greens, but I find that when I add some juicy fruit to my salad, I don't even need any dressing . Try adding pineapple/ orange/ grapefruit stuff like that.the most tasty one is cantaloupe or honeydew melon

sometimes those 20 g are not easily accessible for your body, your reasoning is off.
