Omg!!! I'm glad you guys are so on track!!! 15lbs is definately a challenge in the amount of weeks that we've been working!! I'm so glad so many of you are so close to your goal!!! I think I might shed a tear. :) You guys make me so proud!

The goals was originally 15lbs, but every pound is supported. I'm not super strict on the rules as long has your goal is something healthy for you. :)

I gave up diet drinks when i started MFP 2 weeks ago. i started to drink only water with lemon!! No more bloat, and I have more energy!

I did the south beach diet a couple of years ago , and there was a recipe for cauliflower mash potatoes. You just boil the cauliflower and mash them up just like potatoes! I can't tell the difference, but my fiance can; so I just do 1/4 potatoes and 3/4 cauliflower. Its delicious!
