ive stayed the same as usual, struggled to lose for a whole year now. any ideas anyone? ive gone onto freedieting.com and got myself a zig zag plan, so upping my caloreis this week to see if that helps as I normally do about 1600 cals with exercise so dont know if that enough, I think the gym classes are stopping me losing…

Ive been same - taking forever just to lose pound here and there and I do a class every day, however after reading loads of posts everyone says same eat more, so Im using all my exercise calories, try eating them it may work:)

I also weigh every day bit silly really cos its not like your gona get up and have lost a stone or something!!!!! and I have probably like most people been demotivated by the fact that I havent lost anything and then had a bad food day. i really think once a week or even a month enough just wish I could bear to part with…

hi, that got to be really hard though, not eating for a whole day??. Are they following anything special on the other six days or just eating same as before?. There is a plan called the intermittent starvation diet I think you eat normally for two days then starve on third.

thanks for your replies - yeah i have been eating I suppose about 1600 with exercise, I find that plenty, but when I dont exercise 1200 is sort of harder. I have wondered about this zig zag thing that people talk about, Im not giving up!!!!!!!! will do some measurements today..

hi Amy think that wrong your bmi cant be that! I would start again from scratch, the 1200 calorie thing sound about right though and I think that wud be saying you wud lost a pound a week! try entering the weight and height stuff again cos the bmi way out. Vicky

Ive just had a look at freedieting and it says about zig zag plan? might give that ago, anyone had success with it?
