  • are you eating your exercise calories? I agree with what others have posted in that you might not be eating enough calories. Try at least eating your exercise calories every other day and see how it goes. best of luck
  • How many calories are you eating? If not enough your body could go into "starvation" mode and you won't lose -- ? Or is it your time of the month perhaps and you're retaining?
  • How many calories are you eating a day? If you are eating too little your body will go into starvation mode and you won't lose anything.. try increasing your calories by about 500 and go from there.
