"Kick *kitten* girl dead-lifting!" is a much more accurate topic! I love your photos and I find this very inspirational!

Shirataki noodles are god awful! Try Thai Village This Rice Noodles instead. The box lists there are four 2 oz servings at 180 calories each but in all reality when the noodles are cooked, one quarter of the box is way too much for the average person to eat. I usually end up eating a single 1 oz serving at 90 calories. I…

Oh god. What? :-0 I am not Special Agent K. Really.

My brother is vegan; his longtime boyfriend is a hard core meat eater. They respect each other's diet choices and they each make their own food but then sit down and eat together. Can you try making your own food?

May I suggest a recipe? I love kale chips with cumin. Seriously, I could eat an entire bunch in one sitting. (And I have.) http://thegrizzlykitchen.com/2011/07/27/baked-kale-chips-with-cumin-cayenne-pepper-and-sea-salt/

I used to hate most vegetables. I began by smothering them in sriracha, which I love. This, unfortunately, is not sustainable. Eventually, I discovered that most of the vegetables I thought I hated I actually liked when prepared properly. Most people destroy the taste of veggies because they overcook them or boil them.…

Perhaps I am Special Agent K.

OMG. You guys are too much.

I only drink that much water when I do bikram and I am sweating my *kitten* off. I drink when I'm thirsty.

LOLz about the wine. And I hear you about the food diary. For me personally, I like the accountability of having my friends see what I eat. It kept me from eating frosting out of a jar today. Seriously. (It was really good chocolate cupcake frosting that I made myself. I need to dump it in the trash. Then dump coffee…

I did her 30-day shred video and it totally killed me the first day. It gets easier I promise! My first Bikram yoga class was quite possibly the most challenging, *kitten* kicking thing I've ever done. But now I like it. :)

I might have just been thinking the same thing. :)
-
OMG. This thread is out of control. ;)
-
Oh boo. You can't give me half a story.
-
Whatever do you mean, sir?
-
You are deeply whierd. And you just made my spellcheck go bananas. :)

I think a 1,000 calorie deficit is rather unhealthy. It might lead to weight loss but seriously how sustainable is that? This is just my opinion. You are absolutely correct in noting that many people consistently post that kind of calorie deficit. And I don't judge. (Out loud anyway.) I simply worry about unsustainable…

You should feel free to add me as a MFP friend, then. :)

Really we should end the discussion with that brilliant observation. (Meant sincerely. No sarcasm.)

I don't think anyone might truly believe it. But many people are looking for a quick fix and an easy excuse not to exercise. So I burned 600 calories giving blood today. That means I can eat an extra 600 calories without lifting a finger right? Let's not kid...lots of people will think this way.
-
Donating blood is great and very important. But it is not exercise. You still need to move your body for 60 minutes today.
-
True.

Or maybe you have pretty eyelashes. :)

As a woman who is ~ahem~ vertically challenged, I am totally guilty of saying stupid things like "Wow are you tall!!" And I always (ALWAYS!) mean it with total reverence. I would love to be like 5'10". Seriously.

And I kick *kitten* at applying Chanel Perfect Brow! (Sometimes. Unless there were too many cocktails consumed. Then...not so much.)
-
Well who doesn't?
-
Oh come on that's just rude and unnecessary. It's neither clever nor funny. You should really apologize. And reflect.

I'd be pretty happy to have someone say something so nice to me. Not enough compliments going around the world these days. (Plus you do have a pretty face. What's wrong with that? Parade it around!) :)
