Prepare meals in advance for yourself. Then you only need to heat them up in the evening when you get home. I work in the food service industry also, I always keep fresh fruit in my purse and a granola bar/ Special K bar handy. When it comes to tasting the food, I only taste test the healthy stuff. Good Luck!

A great alternative to mayonnaise is Herbed Fat Free Cream Cheese. Just mix your favorite herb with the fat free cream cheese and spread a small amount on your tortilla.

I have been on the program for almost 2 weeks, and have not seen any weight loss. The recommended caloric intake per day is 1200 excluding work out calories. I usually eat between 1000-1300 . I work out five times a week for 60 minutes per session. I have lost 2 inches on my waist and 1 inch on my bust, but absolutely no…
