Every time someone posts about doing a challenge I never make it in time before they close it. So here I am making my own. :D I would love to lose 35lbs by July! I will be turning 26, and that would be a great way to celebrate..35lbs lighter! :) If you're in just send me a message, and let's all check in on Thursdays with updates on how we are doing!

    Good morning challengers! I only started 3 days ago, so no change. But, it is day three. Day three is usually the "make or break:" day for me, when will power gives out. I made myself a big healthy breakfast to start it off right! I am trying to front-load my day, because it seems to be the new "advice of the moment" for dieters.

    Are we going to name our challenge, or just keep it "A Challenge!" "A Challenge!" is kind of endearing :)

    & this week another girl and myself are making sure we drink over our daily goal in water and doing 50 jumping jacks/25 sit Ups each day this week on top of our usual workouts!

    WATER is my best friend
    WATER makes me feel great
    WATER with lemon and lime slices is yummy (not the same as Sprite, but very tasty).
