Thanks for the info, I just changed my settings also. I try to keep within my macros that I had set, try to watch my sodium (yesterday was a total bust!). I think the logging has helped so much in seeing just how much was in everything I ate as far as the macros go! Will have to see how this new setting goes :-).

I have found that since I inadvertently stopped drinking diet cokes (just trying to get in enough water a day did that!), i no longer have that awful bloaty feeling and stomach issues! It's amazing how much better I feel. As for the taste, not sure, it's ok, but the after effects are just not appealing to me anymore.

I can now wear my old clothes in my "other" closet! I can cross my legs :-) My bras that I just bought a couple of months ago are now on the last hook, some of my old bras are too big now too! People are really noticing!!

I just honestly didn't think at my age and as much weight as I had gained that I would EVER be able to lose it. Wow, was I wrong!!! So thankful :-). Still have a ways to go but, wow! Still can't believe almost 45 lbs is gone in a year! AND, I am heading into menopause. There is life after 40! and 45, and hopefully 50 :-)
