Hey guys, You could add me as well. :) I started lifting weights as i want to maintain more muscles. I have never had big problems with being overweight but was always the skinny fat type. Would be great to have someone in friends having the same approach. Cheers Agata :)

The same, I'm trying to lift around 6 a.m. before going to work, as in the afternoon I don't have a time due long hours in the lab or martial arts trainings. Agree with Heidi just listen to your body ;)

i have started the push phase today :) have to admit my glutes and hamstrings are on fire ( I used a 24lbs dumbells) :)

I finished Burn phase today :) Results are not effective, I see tiny drops in waist and hips, weight is almost the same as at the beginning maybe 1 kg less, but my body become more firmed and doest shake so much in every move I take :D

hahah I'm the same :D At the beginning I couldn't stop laughing at myself, luckily after few times it's getting better but I still feel a little bit uncoordinated :)

I am starting tomorrow Chalean Extreme and seriously can't wait. :D So far I did Jillian's BR, 30day shred and few single ones (killer tights and banish that food....). I tried training with free weights but unfortunately don't have enough time to go to the gym so I hope Chalean is a good choice for a home workout.
