Where are you getting your numbers from? Your BMI doesn't seem right to me.... I'm 5 feet tall, I started at 180 and my body fat was 35%, I'm now 138 and my BMI is 26%. My goal is to get to 125-126lbs, so I have a healthy BMI of 25%

I was actually standing on my little kids step stool, so I didn't grow, I wish :) But I wanted more of my hip area to show in the after photos since they've shrunk so much!

I have been doing measurements! My next measurement date with my trainer is in a few weeks :) I'm really excited to see where I'm at! So far I have lost over 10 inches though.

I'm doing heavy lifting two times a week, once with my trainer and once by myself in a 60 minute class. My trainer definitely pushes me harder. I actually had a NEWLEAF test done about 2 weeks ago...it calculated my vo2 max 42.3 I have a Polar FT60 HRM, do you know how to change it in that one? According to the New Leaf test my zone 1 starts 148BPM, zone 2 158, zone 3 163, and zone 4 168

Obviously you don't want to hurt yourself but it's not going to be comfortable either.
