If you are starting a newer workout your muscles can hold onto water to help repair!!! Drinking lots of water helps and just be patient!!! Good Luck :)

I know a lot of people try playing with their calorie intake seeing if that will help, or do zigzag calories to trick the body. Good luck and keep at it the plateau can't last forever!!

I personally think its best to have a cheat "meal" or treat not a whole day.....because to me a day can spiral into DAYS.... but it all depends on your willpower! Great job on the four pounds!!! :)

I like so many have a "goal" weight but I would rather be 200 pounds of muscle and no fat than say 110 pounds. For me its all about how I look and feel in the end! Great Question!

It sounds like you are doing great with the time frame you got. I would eat before school and maybe bring almonds or something to snack on to keep you full until you can have a meal later! Good Luck! :)

For me it can be anywhere from 3-8 pounds depending on how bloated I am.....Stupid periods..LOL I always choose not to weigh in the week of my period, too depressing!

You should definitely have to program in your height and weight and sex for sure! It does seem a little high to me but if you make those adjustments in the watch it should all work out!

I have always had a little extra on my legs too....I found HIIT training has REALLY made a difference for me! In 2 months I lost 2.5 inches and I have NEVER lost that amount of inches on my thighs before!
